In the year 2009, Ramakrishna Mission Samaj Sevak Sikshan Mandir was proposed to NABARD for conducting non-residential training programme on “Integrated Plant Nutrient Management” at Bankura district. After completion of the training programme we again proposed to conduct some training programme on “Integrated Soil Fertility Management” Bankura district and the training programme successfully completed during the year 2010. Both training programme fully sponsored by NABARD, West Bengal Regional Office, Kolkata.

In the year 2014, further we submit proposal for conducting some residential training programme for the Farmers’ under FTTF scheme for 5/7 days duration at institute campus. After coming sanction letter by NABARD we starts the training programme with 95% cost sponsored by NABARD and remaining 5% borne by us.

In the year 2015, we conducted more residential training programme for Farmers’ under Farm Sector at Institute campus. 90% training cost sponsored by NABARD and another 10% training cost borne by us. Till now, we are conducting more then 40 training programme.
